Living high in the beautiful North Pennines area winter is stunningly beautiful even if hard .
Travel is a pleasure when views like this are found on a journey to work.

    Gorgeous! I’ve always classed myself as a city girl, but even I could be tempted – as long as there’s a roaring fire and hot buttered crumpets at the end of the journey 😉

      Of course,and that is at ‘home’,at the studio end of trip is a beautiful Weavers Cafe decorated for Christmas with all you could wish for.

      Heaven indeed and in between I try to do some work .

      New Year will see me winging my way South though for the V&A,
      Certain shops,The Tate,a show maybe,then back into the hills.
