To answer the ‘hundreds’ of questions I have had about this technique cannot be totally covered in a blog post but it will be covered very well in the new book.
To show you how you can colour i.e. dye then use the devore process to highlight the design look at these pictures of a’peacock eye’ tail feather design done on to lengths of silk velvet you have already dyed .It is after dyeing you do the devore process.
