New shutters up and getting ready for the winter storms ,hard to imagine as I view the colours on the hills and on the trees lower down in the village -stunning this year.

I do feel when I return from working with Heidi Grebb in the Netherlands I shall have to work with some of these colours,I have  allready mixed my colours ready to screen print.These will be for the new book on Nuno felting from myself and Nicola of Clasheen fame

I love all the seasons but the Autumn is my favourite time .

I know as I write this my friends across the water have had a horrific snow storm already you know it is not always just a pretty scene it does real damage and causes hardship.

I hope for gentle snow this year but do actually feel we are in for some heavy falls.
