I should perhaps start a blog on cooking from the heart.
Rhubarb crumbles today with my secret topping which is so easy and yummy. The secret — forget about the rubbing fat into flour etc and mix all the dry goods and spices and nuts then pour over your melted butter. Mix together and top the fruit. Scatter toasted almonds on and a few walnuts or pecans. Custard in winter but cream in summer.Happy Eating
